It’s an all day appointment but the rep will give you a call/text on the morning to let you know a rough time.
Please have your ID & proof of income (photo ID or a utility bill that matches the name on your card, payslip, bank statement, online banking or benefit letter) and a valid debit card. (We cannot accept top up cards or basic account cards.)
If our rep is unable to contact you by phone before arrival it may result in you losing your booking.
Please note deposits are non-refundable once you sign for the order form.
